I still need to fix my fan issue (thinking a cable got loose). I washed my wife’s teg this past weekend and now I’m hearing a scraping noise whenever I drive forward, not in reverse though. VERY WEIRD considering I did not change anything. I have to get under there and see what’s up. ---

I went to a touchless wash with my car, I quickly learned that the sunroof seal is NOT up to the task of keeping out pressurized streams of water lol ---

yeah it’s not a good idea. I was doing that for a little while during the Maryland winters. The high pressure destroyed my window seals. Haven’t been to an automated one since. ---

C’mon @TwoGenTeg you gotta tell me what they offered. Interestingly enough, I get the shocked look here in Florida that, “Whoa, you’re not Puerto Rican?” regarding the owner of the car. I have never been offered a value, but asked whether it’s for sale. I turn down the offer immediately. ---

That sounds better than the trade-in value for sure. But actual market value? Not a chance. So it turns out that noise wasn’t just the rotors, it now sounds like something’s hitting the rotor shield or exhaust heatshield. Very raspy sounding, but I don’t hear it all the time, just when I’m driving on anything non-smooth. Gonna have to raise the car and see if something got bent. Lots of squeaking from the front too so I’m needing to lubricate some joints. ---

Just put 220 miles on my car driving to a site and back today. No issues! Hopefully the restore and protect is working itself in, I’m gonna see if I burnt any oil after I park at home this evening but I don’t think I am. ---

It seems quick to me too, but since it is 80% copy paste from the [“EF” ICUs](https://www.ebay.com/itm/126956680099) I have been making, and it passed all the tests, I don’t see any reason to hold off. I have no idea what the market is for this. I suspect it must be smaller than the market for “EF” ICUs.
