sunnyvale baylands park - I was just cycling the other day and thought of this area for a BBQ would be nice: lots of parking - multiple tables / bbq pits.

this is southbay – i’m from san jose so it’s closer near me – sorry if it’s a little far for most.
i just checked out the park again, seems like there is a $6 fee per car at the gate, i’m not sure since i saw nobody at the gate and it seemed abandoned. There was a phone number but only for weekdays so maybe there is no fee for weekends?
Well i’mma make sure so next time i’ll drop by and ask them in person.

darussionone is right, the main reason why he suggested that we have a meet in Dublin, CA is because it is SMACK-bitch in the middle for everybody. so it’s pretty fair for everyone that shows up.
there’s actually a park near by where we normally meet and it’s a BOMB-ASS park too. clean, quiet, HUGE!!! i use to play basketball there with my old employees and this park is NICE!!

Ok im down for a Sunday in Livermore/dublin area, if this park (Emerald Glen Community Park) that DB1ST said im down for it there if it has a bbq pit even better. So let get a date an time for it
my only day off is Sunday also, so whoever wants to set up a date…count me in
I went to the park I posted earlier about the Baylands Park in Sunnyvale – seems like there is a ranger that works there from 9-5PM Monday to Friday. So this means they only charge during those times I believe.
So if we host something on a weekend I believe it should be alright and we can avoid $6 per car fees.
so when is the next meet?
What about 4th of July? You all can have a BBQ. I just wish i can be there. But ill be coming down soon and will post a meet when i do.

i would have gone to the meet today but i just found out about it too late lets do another one soon so that we can have some other ppl come out as well…and as for the 4th of july that would be cool but finding a place for the BBQ will be a nightmare because of all the other ppl doing the exact same thing…but im always down for a BBQ!!!
