I did post this on HT. It’s in the appearance section. Posters there are annoyed that I express any disappointment with Password and that it’s all UPS’s fault…from the looks of the moldings, the experiences on this board, and my experiences with UPS in the past, I can’t really agree with that. But to be fair I will post what goes on when I call Password, to redeem them. Though as the above poster has mentioned their lack of celerity…I’m not looking forward to it.
