this guy got back to me on 30th Dec 07 saying he’s been out of california and nowhere near a computer (plausible). anyway, he said the valence was sent back to him. i told him to send it back to me. if any of you guys out there got in touch with him on my behalf, i thank you. cheers! hopefully this gets resolved soon. saum.

Who cares about his views. If he has an opinion, then deal with it or ignore them (trying to get pity by crying racism, makes you look like an ignorant tool). When you buy things, you should always use payment options like paypal, or let the seller set up the transaction through ebay (if issues arise, they will resolve them). Your really lucky that he didn’t screw you over, especially now that you don’t know exactly where he is. I suggest apologizing to the seller, getting through the transaction, and never speaking to him again. Hard life lesson learned. While I’m being harsh, I’m doing so because I wish people would be more careful before dealing with strangers. I don’t like to hear of people getting dicked around, with there hard earned money. imo it looks to me like the valance peice got shipped back to the original guy but after that he never tried to contact the buyer again?? whats up with that? I have sold stuff to some weird kids on here and some of these guys have gone as far as to send me straight up cash in an envelope with nothing else attached to it. I went out of my way to find out what part he wanted and sent it to him.
bottom line the seller isn’t completely not at fault as well.
