I want to get a front tower bar but i cant because of my ABS unit, Does anybody know if there is a way to relocate it or of a tower bar that will owrk with ABS?

Spoon, OBX-R, Greddy, Cusco, GAB are all bars that will clear the ABS. relocating it is just a waste of time and effort u might as well just remove it.
Keep in mind that for a lot of bars that work with ABS, you’ll still need to remove a bracket that holds some of the wiring connectors in place. So if you’re about to put a bar on and see that getting in the way, don’t give up yet 
I put an Ractive bar on mine, but it’s not that great… didn’t notice a huge difference with it…
so how would i relocate the ABS if i want the Nuespeed strut bar? becuz that looks like a strut bar that actually functions correctly.
