Ok, I bought my Teg last fall with the AC not working. Now that summer is approaching, the AC will be needed down here in the heart of Texas. What is the most likely problem with it? Needs new compressor? Where should I start?
id go to pep boys and buy/checkout the haynes manual on ac to give you a brief synopsis, maybe even repair it yourself. most likely its gonna be a costly job tho =/
well, the first thing i would be doing is to see if still has a belt on it! you’ll be surprised how common this is. secondly, get a leak test on the system, or maybe the compressor may need a overhaul.
