Accord Rear Lower Valence Lip

Anyone know if these will fit on our 2nd Gens? Would be cool to have a rear “lip”.

That’s from a 94-95 Accord. The 96-97 is shorter and curves in i think.

the 95 lip wouldn’t look nice cuz g2’s have a cutout for the exhaust. the accord doesn’t.

im just as interested in trying that out…but hey…itll be tough to modify it around the muffler tip cut out…but its possible

Its 3 pieces isn’t it? I think that you could just put the driver side piece on then cut the middle piece where the exhaust is. Am I making any sense?

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. Maybe not even use the middle piece. And if the driver’s side is too long, just cut it where the exhaust is. Hmm, I think I’m going to order the parts and try it when I get some cash. I just hope the follows the bumper well enough so I won’t have to bend the crap out of it.

I am thinking about getting all of the parts from an accord (front lip, side skirts, and rear lip) but the side skirts are $115 each! I don’t think it will look right if I just get the front and back lips. If anyone finds them cheaper let me know. Thanks.

Yeah, I don’t know why the sides are soo damn expensive. I think the local junkyard is probably the best place to get sides. Someone here got that stuff for FREE from a junkyard. Just have to find the ones who aren’t in the “know” about honda parts. :rant:

yeah, junkyards guys, cheap-o, although i have yet to locate a decent rear lip for our cars. check out the accord lip thread, i have pics on there.

lownteg, I emailed you asking for more pics/instructions for the accord lip and skirts. Do you have more detailed pics?

ah, yeah dude, i have more pics at home. it is tough to get stuff done going to school all week, and work too. i’ll try to post/send stuff tonight. as far as instructions go, it would help if i had a stock piece right next to me, but i will try to remeber how i got those babies on there. i can make a drawing, then take a pic of that? that might work. when i get home, i’ll shoot some closer pics of the lips, and get them out to you guys. i would post them in the forum, but i do not know how. anyone? thanks guys
