So anyway, heres my late story which i doubt anyone reads cause you people are so up to your necks in macon :roll:
About 15miles from my house, just out of the hampton tunnel im in 5th gear and my rpms just start to fall. I pull over and throw my drink in my passenger seat so i could use ebrake to stop. First thing i do is check for spark because ive had distributor problems in the past. No spark. I look at the cap and theres a little piece broken off that sticks into the coil and its alll nasty corroded, the coil has lot of corison too and a small hole in the thing that sticks out.
I figure its the cap, so we drive to a pep boys and get a new cap. Put that cap back on and it still doesnt start, i take my coil out it looks pretty bad off. So i go to buy another one, get back to car and it stilllllll doesnt work. Wes finds a piece of what i thought was the original cap, NOPE SAME PIECE BROKE OFF NEW ONE!!! THird trip this time we go to advanced auto to get a different brand cap. Finally at 11:45 the car fires up, wes says to me if im still really wanting to go, i say i dont think so whats the point? I tell him let me call them first, and i call keith and he says at exit 20 alone they have 18 cars so we decided to go.
Didnt finally make it to the park until 4, due to traffic and some confusion with directions. Ah well i dont think ill be attending ECM reloaded, to much of a drive for me and i doubt you will see anything close to what we had this time. [/B]

Sorry for the trouble brotha but it was good to meet you either way. I’m sure I can speak for a few of us as well. We did have a s#@tload of cars at E20 but not as many as I had expected at NASDAQ, christ, we should have just had the meet at E20…lol… either way my man, be sure and come for the next one, we’ll have fun, and if not, you can dip into my private stock like Allen and Macon… or Maurice’s.
