Another Integra return victim *come on in*

^^205/50/15

Did a ‘2 city tour’ for my vacay…hit up the ATL area and Tampa, got some decent pics w/ this s***ty ass phone…

thats why i just dumped the cash on a decent camera, i wanna go on a surprise trip soon to some nicer parts of new mexico

i wish i had a good camera

I was never a fan of the black moldings/handles when I owned my DB, but I actually like it better now, especially with the contrast. it brings the classic look to the G2’s. If I had the time and money, I would buy a Honda/Acura from the 90s and have it redone to make it look like what it did in the ads when it first came out :).

Btw, looks very nice and clean.

thanks man i appreciate it…it was a tough decision while i was getting it painted to paint or not to paint, but now i’m glad i left it

SN: i think the stork forgot and left this instead of a baby at my doorstep instead…

wont go on until i have another trans, clutch, flywheel etc to go back in teh car…the car is parked for now

Haven’t been on this site in a while and I must say…impressing update is impressive

YOU WHORE! I just purchased those same wheels, in the same color. They should arrive this week, I’m excited!

Car is looking good though man… one of the few DBs that I dig.

What is the spec on your tires? I have a 205/50 ready to go and I’m hoping it doesn’t have too much of a “stretched” look.

LOL!!! i got them so i wouldnt be a fanboy and get teh CCW replicas so i got these instead…i got 195/45/15…yours shouldnt, obviously, be as stretched as mine…i just wanted to lower mine some more, that’s the only reason why i got that size tire…no stupid camber though

haha thanks man…blame it on the tires on the blades for me pulling the trigger on another set of wheels/tires. otherwise i would have been on the blades for at least the summer. i was supposed to get some suspension parts and shit to install my steering wheel…it’s all on the backburner right now for other important things

with the wheels you got are they stamped rays engineering as well? i have the same set and im sure they are konigs, but ive failed to find the reason on why this rays eng. stamp is there. I am in no way bashing on people with fake wheels or trying to rock my konigs as being real ce28s. just a question looking to be answered.

As Colin pointed out in my thread, they actually say “RAVS ENG” heh… after looking closely at mine, it’s easy to tell that the “Y” is indeed a “V”.

I myself was confused as to why they’d go THAT far in replicating the Volk wheel.

i know they are CE28 “reps”, they are Konig Flatouts, that’s the name of the wheel…i dont know why Konig would do that, i saw that yesterday when i was searching a local forum. i’m not trying to front like i have Ray wheels either, i got them because i liked the wheel and at the time i was looking for wheels i didnt see many people with them…unfortunately now, as soon as i purchased them, i’m seeing them pop up like push up ice cream pops lol. i’m sure it’s stamped the same way on my wheel tho

what size tires???[QUOTE=integra_hot;2290155]

Look like four posts up dude, he said the size.

I agree though… I didn’t think they were that common, now they are EVERYWHERE!

are those supposed to be volk ce28 replicas?

Yup. Similar to a Rota Circuit 8 as well.

yea i dont know WTH happened. it’s whatever though i TRIED not being a fan boy w/ wheels…but if i see more and i see a guy wanting to swap mine for some CCW reps i’m going for it lol

the circuit 8s dont look better than the flatouts IMO…i LOVE the look of these wheels…

i shall be posting pics of this weekend’s…‘progression’ sigh

well…the 19th…i picked up this LS trans (i hope it turns out good)

these parts came in on the 21st

so…the 22nd…which so happened to be my birthday sigh i went and picked up a ‘auto transport’ to take Evelyn to charleston for my homeboy to get to working on it

got there about 5:30 and ran to the honda dealership to get the rear main oil seal…got back to his house about 6:20 maybe…he had everything busted down and ready to pull the transmission out, got the trans out and stopped for the night…figured he’d hit me up when he woke up, but i woke up to this text

so i ran over to help, in w/e way i could…although i’m far from a certified ASE mechanic lol. anyway…everything is together except for this fail situation…

i’m guessing that portion of the axle got welded into the halfshaft, cuz that bitch was not coming out

basically what happened i was driving around w/ a dry transmission…whoever did the clutch work on this car before i got didnt put enough MTF in it, and i suffered from lack of workmanship…FML right?! headed to Charlotte this afternoon to scoop up a halfshaft and drop it off…hopefully i’ll have my car back tomorrow

sucks with the clutch issue. it came with a new throw out bearing and all that correct? hopefully you like the new clutch. did that one come with instructions for a 500mi break in?

thats half shaft picture is hilarious…
