Just a simple question. I was wondering what tool I need to take the metal cap off that holds the antenna on. I cant seem to get it off…and I dont want to end up scratching my paint. Any one know what the tool is called or any suggestions on what I could jimmy up to take it out?

Unfortunately it’s a special tool that wraps around the diameter of that thing and has teeth that go in it. I don’t know what the tool is called but that’s the description of it. If you can’t have access to the tool, then I suggest just to get two flathead screwdrivers and twist it like so. It’s pretty ghetto but it’ll get the job done…
I just used thin needle nose plyers on mine…the tips fit right into those little notches…maybe use some cloth or tape so you don’t sctratch anything
