I ordered a pair of brembo blanks from nopi.com thursday at about 9PM, and have recieved no order confirmation email or anything from them. (it’s saturday at 11am now). Also, the login on their catalog page doesn’t work. Just to check, I requested an email with my password, and haven’t recieved any yet. I sent them an email with my information asking them to verify that my email address is correct in their system, and have gotten no reply. Has anyone had any problems with them in the past? Any advice? Thanks.
The same thing happened to me when I ordered. Fortunately, I received my products within a week. I wouldn’t worry.
Oh **** don’t get me started on NOPI… I ordered a Holley Airmass Hiflow Cat, and they send me this piece of **** rusted, repacked catalytic converter! It was really used, it had NO Holley logos anywhere in the package and then the gave me all this bullshit about how it is a Holley cat…
:gun2:
:bang: im still pissed cuz they haven’t refunded my credit card!
Most of the parts I’ve ordered from Nopi have been fine, but they have never sent me an order confirmation. I think I’ve placed 3 orders from there.
The only problem I’ve had with them is I ordered a short shifter and it was out of stock. I told them I wanted to cancel the order, and they said no problem. Then I noticed it was still on my credit card, and they said they were drop-shipping it from Neuspeed. They were cool though, I just sent it back, and they refunded all my money.
Also, the clear turn signals they sent me aren’t very good. The drivers side is good, but the passenger side always has condensation inside. The stock one with a crack looked better than the cheap clear.
yeah they lag on the confirmation, they did’t back order my stuff and just dropped them, they are better than performance center:gay: Their tracking system is a joke wholly inaccurate. But I did get the parts though …eventually 17 day after the qouted date which was fairly long to begin with. There is no way to email them, so you have to call them during business hours:down: I’m sticking to SUMMIT, I’ve used them for all the cars I’ve owned or own VW Bug, 69 Mustang, and the TEG…
