Are Koni yellows (sport) gas shocks?
No. I sold the wheels with the tires. But any 205/50/15 tire will mount on a fat five wheel, so to answer your question yes they will mount up.

I have Dunlop Direzza DZ 101 star spec tires with team dynamics pro race 1 wheels on the car now and they are great. My tires are over 4 years old and apparently there is a new version on tire rack that has poor review for wet weather. I dont daily drive the car so I cant comment on treadwear or rain handling but the dry handling is great and I have nothing to complain about with them.
Oh oh got discouranged again. I had dulop dirzzas too on fat fives and they did the samr thing.

Wait. you put your direzzas on larger sized rims so the experience will be different on yours. Nevermind. I had direzzas on 15 inch fat fives and they had poor freeway response too. As well as the Kumhos ast.

Well this is what I’m going to do, I’m going to find someone who can kindly lend me there set of good tires and see if I’m still getting bad handling on the freeway with their tires. If that doesn’t help then I don’t know what else to do.
Yeah, checking those components isn’t easy, sometimes its hard to feel the extra slop. I just did my ball joints as a precaution and my rod ends because the boots were leaking.

Here’s an example of what a bad wheel bearing looks like. I caught this just in time I think, could have been bad.

you certainly did catch that in time… holy moley

OP I had that same issue when I had fat 5’s on my old DA… had some weird nbrand of tire “Champiro” or somehting… nayways as I was reading this I kept thinking & wonderingif you were rolling some OEM 15" rims and tires…

I got so tiredof it I upgraded to some 16x7 +44 offset rims & ZR rated tires & the issue went almost completely away…

As much as I like the look of some of the OEM Integra Alloys, they just aren’t the right size for this car IMO… I know others like more sidewall & stick with 15s others like low profile and roll 17s… But if you were to ask me 16’s are perfect for this car for daily spirited driving …

That’s what happens when you put 20 track days on 160k mile old wheel bearings :uhoh:

Not adding much, but I know that feeling of darting when changing lanes or hitting bumps. Scary to say the least, especially in the rain. For me it was front alignment that was visually off, pointing away from each other. Hit a bumb at 50mph and hold on tight.

So fat fives are not ideal for our cars when it comes on “spirited” driving heh? Ohh well I’ll just stick to these wheels till the tires wear out. Yes, I do like the OEM look especially fat fives. The other guy who posted said when he switched to Yokohama S Drives, the issue went away. Not sure if he continued to use his fat fives on the new yokos. If that’s the case, I’ll keep my alloys and buy some yoko s drives.

I feel the sloppy driving especially when I hit those reflectors on the freeway.
