hey guys quick question: I just bought 2 10’’ audio bahn… I noticed that on each speaker there are 2 set of terminals(one on each side) an I was wondering how im supposed to hook them up? Will it be fine if I just use one set? In a little “manual” that they brought there were some configurations but I was just thinking on hook them up the regular way (one + one - from each speaker) Any sugestions? thanks…
CHECK THIS OUT, I HAVE 2 12’S OF THE SAME KIND, THIS IS HOW I HOOK THEM UP, YOU NOTICE THAT IT HAS 2 SET OF OUT LETS, I GRAB ONE NEGATIVE TERMINAL AND HOOK IT UP TO THE POSITIVE OF THE OTHER SET, AND THE SAME TO THE OTHER TO THAT WERE LEFT, SO IT ONE NEGATIVE TO ONE POSITVE OF OPPOSITE SIDE FOR BOTH, AND THEN AFTER THAT, ALL YOU DO IS GRAP ANY SET OF + OR - OF THE SAME SIDE AND CONNET IT TO YOUR AMP,
IF STILL NOT CLEAR JUST HIT ME UP TO BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN IT BETTER.
 See that little Caps Lock button on the left? Tap it once please.

A. Shut off the CAPS LOCK button
B. Shut up unless you fully know his situation. Wiring the subs like that may be good in your situation, but he likely has a different amp, thus needing a different configuration.
Racataca: What amp are you using? Also, what model number of Audiobahn subs do you have? I’ll let you know exactly how to PROPERLY wire these up so you don’t fry your amp or blow your new subs by using retards’ suggestions above. ![]()

hey eric thanks bro… i wasn’t paying any mind to that anyway…
ok… I’m running a kenwood 600 watts 2 channel amp and the aw1051q woofer(2 of them in a bandpass box). I just used one of the terminals on each speaker but I really want to maximize their power; Thanks again in advance Eric.![]()
Ok, I need the model number on the Kenwood amp please. That way I can tell you if it is 2 or 4 ohm mono stable. Please provide that and I’ll have a response for you by later tonight.
In the meantime, I’d recommend NOT bumping too loud with the subs hooked up like you have them now – it is not good for the voice coils and after extended/powerful playing, it’ll ruin the sub.
Anyhow, hit me back on EMAIL: curls.00@rogers.com with all the specs. ![]()
