Since my teg has been parked for a while i finally started doing so work to it. Si far I took out the bumper plugs and filled the space with 3m plastic repair, plus i pulled out the system to rewire it. The bumper is almost done, just another skim coat, sand and primer. Next will be finding a spot so I can repaint the bumpers, hood and wing.

I did this on two of my other tegs also, it looks so much cleaner then the bumper plugs.

i think i’m getting a 92-93 front bumper so i might do this before i take it to the body shop, where’d you get the plastic repair

From a auto paint and supply store… it’s called 3m ez sand flexible parts repair

Put the battery back in and started the car plus washed it for the first time since october lol. I’m gonna clean the interior today also. I still need to finish the bumper plug delete
