my rightwheel makes a clunk/squeak noise, i think it’s my cv joint.
how can i check to see if this is the problem? today i replaced my inner and outer cv boot on the right this didn’t fix the problem. what can i do next?
also, what does a new cv joint run?

Rebuilt axles are usually around 80 bucks at autozone. What you say? You never buy parts from autozone? Me neither except axles. If you break one just bring it back and they give you a new one no questions. A wheel and tire shop will charge you about $40 to install it.
i replaced my cv boots (inner/outer), and my cv joint sounds great!
i’m glad i replaced them, i paid $20 from Discount Auto for inner, and $20 for outer.
