ok i just put a 16g turbo on a b16a …it will boost up to eight but it will not go above like 4,000 rpms its like it just shuts done for some reason and is real sluggesh…anyone know whats wrong???

What exactly do you mean by “it just shuts down”? Does the car just not want to go past 4K RPM? What is your vaccum? What’s your FUEL setup?
16g on a 1.6L? what rpm do you hit full boost at?!
