just curious wut u guys have ur cam gears set at on ur cars… assuming u have aftermarket ones. also will it damage my engine to have my cam gears adjusted too much?i hear some people have their intake advanced 4 degrees and retard their exhaust 6 degrees… could that cause any problems??

The furthest out I have had mine is +4,-4 on an LS and I wouldnt take it further than that. The idle like that was complete crap, although that was with some JG 301 cams on it… I dont know how it would idle with stock cams, but probably not much better.
I run mine at +2,-2 at the moment and it is good enough until I have some time to dyno.
