Ok, another problem i have is an idle problem. This happend with my old LS motor and my new one as well. The problem is sometimes the idle drops and you can hear the exhaust pop each time the idle drops. Well, since i did a b20 swap, the only thing left from my stock motor was the intake manifold and everything on it and the distributor. And the IACV has been cleaned.
Ok, this happens only below 3k rpm. So when accelerating it bogs a bit till i can rev higher. This doesn’t happen all the time though but mostly it does. The reason why i suspect it has something to do with the distributor is it doesn’t have an OEM igniter and it happend after acura did the distributor recall. Please let me know what you guys think.
