i am going to college in sacramento and i need to have a/c. i cant stand sweating while im driving. i want to buy a gsr but i dont know if one will show up for sale between now and the next month. i have 2 options.

  1. keep my car with no a/c. put in a b16.
  2. sell my car to my sister and buy a 92-93 gsr(if i can find it) or settle for the ls.

well to get to the point of this post, can i use a/c with a b16? how hard would it be on the engine to add a/c after the fact? let me know what i should do about my situation, i need some feedback.

i have ac with my b17a1 same thing as a b16 now i have it with my b18c5 so yeah its not hard if the lines for the ac are there all you need is the compressor or do u already have that! maybe you just need a recharge!

no i dont have a/c. i recharge would be so much easier :slight_smile: i think i might buy a 92-93 with a/c, and sell to my sister. maybe buy one with a blown motor for cheap and put a b16 in it! decisions decisions.
