theres this guy on cardomain with a carbon fiber intake that i want and he said it came with the car and he doesnt think its for a da because it doesnt “fit rite”…

i was wondering what other car out there would have almost the same intake path as a da…

honestly ALOT of hondas/acuras have the stock air box in a similiar location. hard to say whats its from exactly but im sure a civic would be the closest

there’s an accord / prelude one on ebay which looks very similar in shape. Most of the EG/DC intakes are “straighter” only one bend instead of a double bend like the DA one.

EF/DA has the intake right next to the battery. EG/DC has the battery by the firewall and the air box in a similar location to where the battery is on a DA.

Why don’t you just start looking at pictures online, search ebay, search aftermarket parts resellers and see what shapes are out there.

Only the DA intakes will be a DA perfectly, everything else will be slightly different. But with that said, even the various DA intakes out there will all fit different. Especially now that there are a million different manufacturers and options out there. The bends, lengths, mounting points… are often just slightly different.

a prelude/accord intake is too long you have to cut about a inch and a half off of the middle section to make it fit but you cant really cut a carbon fiber intake l

70 bucks is actually not a bad price spend another 40 for a good filter, got yourself a cf short ram i think it looks good
