does anyone make intercooler piping for htis damn car? i really dont feel like fabbing intercooler piping for the DA just looks like a hassle but if i should i must. just tryin to make life easier for myself, especially i do not want to run the battery to the trunk(relocate it basically). i have asked a couple guys already on HT and they dont make piping for hte DA. will charge piping from a EF 88-91 civic work?
also just curious what turbo u guys can suggest for me to run. i want to make in the range of 250- possibly 300 whp on a stock b16 turbo setup(thicker hg and headstuds of course). possibly tuning neptune(converting the car over to OBD I). now the powerband i want is more so topend(either between something like a SC61 turbo or some people have suggested to me a gt32e turbo i think its called). i had a sc61 b4 on my b20 and it spooled right where i wanted it to 4-4500 rpms full boost with tons of top end(where the b20 lagged). also what about the spoolin characteristics of a GT28r turbo on a b16?
any idea u guys can steer me too and please no search responses i did search and i hate lookin up shit on a slow computer.
i might have to take ur offer on that bro cause just to convert to obd 1 is lookin to be a lil under a grand(p28, dizzy, harness and the neptune system).
the only thing about the freeware stuff is last time i tried using a basemap and the car just wouldnt even go into boost w/o any complications. :owned:
