curious what sparks plugs you guys are using

just curioes of what spark plugs you guys are using and how many lbs of boost.
i am using ngk-r iradiums and a friend of mine told me that champions are better . just wondering what you guy think

i am looking at running 15psi daily driven (pump gas) 29psi (race gas )

Cheap NGK Copepr V power plugs. Heat range 7. BKr7 or something along the lines.
