Custom turbo kit for 91 RS in the making!!

Personnaly I wouldn’t do .5bar with an FMU but thats just me, that pushing the reliable limits. Though the Turbo Guide agrees.

“The maximum safe limit for this setup is 6 PSI, going over this amount of boost will increase the chances of an injector failure.” - Turbo Guide

A better setup for doing .5bar would be to ditch the FMU and the Missing Link and go with a chipped ECU and bigger injectors. Shouldn’t be that much of a price difference.

$50 for 450CC DSM injectors, Turboedit chipping, and basemap will probably come out to $100 at MOST for everything. You’ll be fully tunable, and more reliable.

By 30’’ IC do you mean the 6’’ classic version they offer?

I don’t think you should go with an Inline Fuel Pump though, I would only do a walbro 255lph HiPressure setup.

and don’t forget to buy a wideband if you’re going to tune it yourself…

Word, forgot about that. I suggest the PLX M-300. I love mine.
