If you want to go DOWN from newer to older ; ( 92-93 to 90-91) you need the mounts, support, foam, & bumper cover. I have all the pieces waiting for me to hit the paint booth next year or so.
If you are going UP from older to newer (90-91 to 92-93) you can trim the foam a bit & it should work. I’d get the mounts just in case. I had to go back for them 'cause my old one’s mounting holes were bored out a bit.

Finally i get a 90-91 bumper from used part shop…
I think everything should be OK…
MAY BE…
PS:What is that???
Good question. Foglight plug maybe? Something for the rad./condensor fan? Maybe even the parking pole hook up? My 90-91 bumper doesn’t have anything like that.

Initially I thought it was a connector for a block heater. However, seeing that the poster is from KL, Malaysia then that didn’t make sense. Duh, anyone’s guess is as bad as mine.
WHAT YOU MEAN ALL THIS???
^^ Well, some cars in regions where the temperature drops below freezing have block heaters to keep the oil warm and help it circulate during cold starts. Since winter is a non-issue in KL then cars in the region probably wouldn’t have block heater connectors. Now if that bumper came off as surplus from a car originally from some country with snow then those block heater connectors would probably still be there. Then again, as I said in my post, it may or may not be a block heater connector.
wouldnt it make sense that it could be for the digital climate control, like an outside temperature sensor?
That’s what I think it is. My buddy had one on his JDM bumper.
