I have a rattle in my dash (more of a buzz) that seems to be behind the gauge cluster. When it’s warm, it isn’t a problem, but when it gets the slightest bit cold, it’s on. I’ve heard it in other Integra’s and it is driving me nuts in mine. Has anyone had this problem, and how do I fix it?
Take your dash apart, by this I mean basically everything you would need to get apart to get your gauge cluster out.
On all these plastic pieces there is thin foam tape around the edges that is meant to stop rattles.
Over time the tape deteriorates, and gets compressed.
Pull all the old tape off, replace it with new tape, and I bet 90% of your rattles will be gone.
