Will an OBD1 distributor fit on a non-OBD or OBD2 head with no mods? Speaking about LS motors? TIA for your reply.
I believe it should. I don’t know if its plug and play but I do believe they’ll all bolt up. Same head on all of them, should be the same distributor.
The common issues with some distributors not working on certain heads is when you try to use and LS distributor on a VTEC head. One of the legs on the LS distributor will hit the VTEC selinoid and won’t work unless you cut it off. I know you know this Leo, I’m just saying it for everyone else.
Should ask the guys who bolt B20s into their tegs. The B20’s an ODB2 motor.
