im also in need of a new exhaust (my car spent 2 years in HI and the stock exhaust rusted). but im not interested in a straight thru / N1 style. im looking at the greddy sp2, apexi ws right now. i keep hearing good things about the rs*r but don’t know where to find them. also, where have people purchased their exhausts at?
I have a tsudo extreme tuning that i got for like 2 something shipped its not loud with the stock cat but im sure it would be if you put on a test pipe and header. Its just like skunk2 for the DA but much cheaper good tone i like it looks like this
I am running the Espelir JGT500 catback system, i love it. Bassy tone, but kind of loud.
i have one of the magnaflows…it sounds really nice and loud but not too deep
Has anybody had the specII on there DA or seen it??? I want that exhaust on my teggy!!! (Haters fall back!!!)

getting mine from this site. its the cheapest that i have found. if anyone finds it for cheaper post the link.
this catback has very bad clearance if your car is lowered, just to let you know.
Only people that have no business owning a lowered car have issues with that exhaust… And that is a deal for that exhaust.
I used to have one on my DA, but then after the install, it was way to low to be driveable. So then I sold it to a local person for 100 bucks.
I stand by my statement. My exhaust is only about half a pack of smokes off the ground and DD my car everywhere. Just have to be aware of entrances into parking lots and speed bumps. To have this exhaust you have to be willing to sometimes walk to a store due to the parking lot for it being too steep to get into. Or if it can wait, which 99% of the time it can, drive my girls Tc to get where I need to go.
Japan jay is correct. I used to have the rsr gt2 on my da before i went turbo. The clearance on even a 2" lowered car blooows on l.a. streets, and i have driven at least 9 lowered cars daily in my years, so i know how to drive them. Other than the clearance issue, quality(welds, material) is great, sound is awsome, and it is truly a lighter system than others on the market. Having a removeable silencer is always nice, and you do feel a bit more power on the butt dyno with it removed:rockon: i would strongly recommend it for track/canyon use, as most of it’s advantages would be noticed in these arenas.
For street, rsrr ex-mag! best exhaust i’ve ever owned for the da:rockon:
