Yeah i got a air fuel ratio guage and i cant get the damn thing to work. First off my manual says my o2 sensor is on my exhaust manifold. Well it wasnt, it was on top of my exhaust pipe underneith my intake manifold. Then to make it harder their was four wires, not one. So by now it is like 8:30 and all the shops around here are closed. Soooo i call a shop in pheonix arizona cause their still open, They say attach it to the white wire. Well guess what. it doesnt work. any ideas?
If you have a 2nd Gen Teg, and your O2 sensor has 4 wires, you aren’t tapping the O2 sensor. I did my A/F gauge, and I only had 1 wire to choose from to tap, and all I did was follow the wire from my O2 sensor which is now under my engine on the down pipe because of my aftermarket header and splice it in right after the clip. You can always tap it into your ECU also if you know how to get to it and no which pin number it is.
ok… Well yeah it is my o2 sensor. it goes right into my exhaust pipe. Anyway, does anyone know which wire on my ecu to use. I have a stock 93 ls ecu which i believe is a pr4 when i checked it.
Oh and we have two other 2nd gen tegs that have the o2 on the exhaust manifold. But mine doesnt. Dont ask why, i have no clue.

You sir have a 90-91 G2, which only has one O2 sensor wire (non-OBD). 92-93 G2s utilize a 4-wire heated O2 sensor (OBD-I) that is located on the A-pipe right before the cat flange.
Demon, the white wire off of your O2 sensor is the right one to tap into. When you say “it doesn’t work”, what do you mean? No change at all in meter display from rev-up and rev-down, or is there no display at all?
ok i have a 93 obd1 integra. yes that is where my o2 sensor is and yes it was the white wire. i went out and bought another one today and now it works fine. Guess i just got a broken guage the first time.
