I already posted this one but I forgot to include one part of my problem. When I hit the flasher button, the flashers dont come one. mAlso when I just turn on either the parking lights or the regular lights, the side markers dont come on either. I dont think that it is the side marker bulbs because the tail lights dont flash when I have the flasher button on. So please help me b/c I need to get my 91 GS 96kmiles inspected in NY.
Check your fuses. I tried to install a deck yesterday and one of the wires shorted out. I had almost the same problem as you and when I checked out my fuses, found out that my clock fuse blew. Weird things happened. Side lights didn’t turn on, trunk light stayed on and whenever I shut my driver side door, seatbelt light flashes. I replaced the blown fuse and everything worked fine. You have some spare fuses anyway so give that a shot. Check the fuses in the driverside kickpanel area. Shouldn’t be that hard.
