I had a hunch that was it. Nice work by the way. Did the cap the ends? Secondly, did you double-side tape the door sealer to the side or to the bottom of the bumper? I have the parts in the garage (doesn’t cost much) but never got to start the entire work.

all i did was use some automotive goo. measure out your garage door sealer and cut it to measurements. glue it onto my 91 front lip, and that’s it. i spray painted the lip gloss black. glad you like it.:bow:

here is the lip on my car just bolted up w/ the original bolts…as you can see it sits too far up and there are gaps at both corners of the bumper

You can get them at the dealer for about $70 or there’s a member on here that’s selling them for $75 shipped… do a search on the forsale forum…

No front “lip” here. Back in 2001 I hit a deer at high speed and it destroyed the front of my car ('90 Integra). Had to piece together the front of my car on the cheap. Ended up using an inexpensive made-in-Taiwan aftermarket bumper cover and the factory “lip” wouldn’t even bolt up properly so I tossed it in the garbage. Have never missed it. :sleep:
