Also just for you xenocron, this is taken right from HT from someone who used RC’s injectors calcualtor.
“According to RC’s calculator, assuming 60 psi, .57 BSFC , 85% duty cycle, I could support 250 WHP (295 crank horsepower) with my 450s.”
damn y0…sounds to me like 300whp would be close to max…my question to you…why risk it. please answer that (Cause your cheap? or cause 450’s are mad jdm tight  )
Anything over 450’s is a waste of $$ on stock internals. There are thousands of setups out there that prove it. Arguing your opinion vs. the facts set by the majority of the Turbo’d Honda community is dumb. Buy bigger injectors if it makes you feel better, but its not needed. I’m sure you’ll be suprised to hear there are setups safely running on 390’s also gaSP.
Buy some DSM 450’s (got mine for $20) and have them refirbished (~$50) and you have the right injector for the job.
hint: stop arguing with xenocron, your making a fool of yourself.
This is my favorite comment yet. Haha “smoothness” :gay:
The only thing smooth about this whole thing is your testicles because you havent grown any hair on them yet. Grow up son…RC Injectors arent any smoother than used DSM injectors. Injectors are fucking injectors. They open and close based on when the ECU tells them to and for how long. One injector doesnt run any smoother than another…hah…you made my day!
At that time Uberdata didnt have 3 Bar working correctly either…so what the fuck is your point of telling people to use a larger MAP sensor? Still to this day Uberdata’s corrections for larger injectors are broken (IAT, ECT, Cold Enrichment) so by you telling people to get larger injectors, you are actually recommending they increase their drivability issues…
Good thing you learn how to use something before you put it on your car and grenade the motor. Seriously, a Profec B isnt that difficult, you must be seriously challenged to ‘mistakingly’ take your motor to 28psi! Hell, when I saw the guage at 14psi I mighta just let off the throttle! :gay:
Well obviously, that is only a calculation and who says its correct? I use it occasionally as a start point but again I personally ran DSM 450s up to 251 Wheel horsepower at 41 psi of rail pressure and I was MAYBE near 85-90% Duty cycle. More than safe IMHO. Increasing that to 60psi will put me well over 300 WHP easy and safe. And as someone else stated…stock block internals arent made for more than that, no matter how good the tuning.
I could go back and forth all day with you because its pretty fun making you look like an asshole and its not too difficult either. The reason bad misinformation gets spread is because of asshats like you who’s 2" dick is larger than their brain…and I’m here to stop it
maybe if people will learn how to tune cause i never had problems with my tunes on 880cc’s. also your wrong. when i started using 880’s uberdata just fixed the 3bar support (my buddy who tunes my car was one of the first to start using the 3bar), at the time when you would enable boost cut and set it up it wouldnt let you hit ne boost…therefor it was buggy. once again get your facts straight.
::Sigh:: you really are slow arnt you? go back and read dip shit. when i was learning how to use the spec2 it would spike to 20 psi. when i hit 28psi my 3psi spring failed…if its that hard to understand i could draw a picture for you.
sorry buddy but 250whp to me is weak…i like making 300hp on my ls’s
stock blocks can handle more than that. theres plenty of ls’s at 300+ and some gsrs at 320 or so. hell one guy made 350+/-whp on a ls with a block guard. many other people put low comp HG’s on GSR motors n make 350 no problem…sorry man but there are people that can actually make power.
sorry buddy but you have yet to make me look like an asshole. your the one who throws info around (i have had to repeat my self and explain my self over and over…my next step is drawing your dumbass a picture). when you can read and get the shit you say straight…then post. :gay:
Just for you xenocron, since you think 450’s is all you need on stock motors since they wont make much more than 300hp…heres a stock GSR on 395whp
does it matter if they are tearing it apart? they wanted to see if it could make it and it did. everyone and there mother on HT thinks stock motors cant go past 250whp safely (thats why theres tons of threads about “omg can my motor hold 12psi im scared, hold me”
if his ignition fails at 395whp theres a problem with his ignition not his motor…theres plenty of 400-475whp tegs down here on stock ignition.
EDIT: what is with people on this board…none of you fucking read. he never said his ignition is failing he called the stock ignition system shitty (hes an idiot), he was running a .028 gap on the plugs…at 395whp thats fucking retarded. notice how everyone says go to .022 n ur problem will be fixed. you guys need to try a very simple thing called reading.
And you are comparing apples to oranges dip fuck. A stock GSR is no where comparable to a stock LS. R/S ratios are different for one…
Again…quite posting information, you heard or read and quit trying to swing your tiny dick around like you know shit and have made the power.
You paid someone for your tuning…people pay me daily to tune for them. My setup is what it is and what I created. You just like talking out your ass and it shows…I dont even have to post anymore and I know most here that have a brain cell or two will agree
last time i checked this thread was about power to injectors not motor to motor so therefore no im not…bro you really are slow arnt ya?
::Sigh:: another retarded post by someone who says shit when he doesnt know it. me and a buddy put together the whole kit and we both tuned the car. i didnt pay for shit. if your gonna throw statements out atleast throw some real ones. again 450cc injectors = shit and for cheap ass fucks like you :giggle:
you keep making comments about my dick and dick size…how old are you 12? you talk about dick like its what you love…sounds to be like your :gay:
I have used, used DSM 450’s and new Rc550’s. I have noticed when I hit rev limit with the 550’s it dosn’t backfire anymore. It musta been the 450’s leaking during fuel cut, causing a lean backfire. I like having more injector than I need, It leaves room for upgrades. I kick myself in my ass for buyin the 550’s and not 750’s. Now I need more injector.
