Hey guys. It seems that here would be the best place to get the Montreal people’s attention.
Anyone knows a good and honest Honda or Toyota dealer? A friend of mine is looking to buy any honda or toyota 98+ for between 10 and $15000.
Can anyone help me on this?

Ill need more details as to what kind of car ect but im pretty sure i might be able to find a deal or 2! It took me some time but i got my car for 4000$ not to bad if ya ask me! n-e ways just give me a shout!

He said that first he wants to get rid of his 92 corolla and 95 golf and he hopes to get $9500 for both. Then he’d like to get any Japanese car, 98+, for 10 grands if possible. he’s afraid when it’s time to fix the golf, parts will cost him a lot more than Japanese cars.
Also if you can help him find buyers for those cars it would be helpful. If not then it’s ok cause he’s already doing o for the corolla.

I forgot to tell you people, if you guys want to start that Unreal tourney, then I’ve got the CDs. Haven’t tested it yet though, it’s still repacked and stuff. So, if you guys want something to do something like this, let’s set it up.
And LL, parts for the 95 Golf aren’t expensive. There is a good VW parts place on Jean-Talon just east of the Decarie.

sorry for the delay LL been looking around but tat the moment it seems like thers nothing around the dealer ships that fits the description your buddy looking for! Well 1 or 2 might but my dad took a look at em and said that he wouldent sell em for that price to some one i knew or was friends with so he still looking! Last thing i wanted to do was get a good deal on a crap car!
N-e ways im headign out gonna be going up north and skiing and then going to all kinds of family so Merry Christmast and happynew year to all the montreal G2IC Family!! L8ter!

it’s ok. thanks for looking so far. We never know my friend might even decide to keep his golf. He already sold the toyota so we’ll see.

In my defense, the “bodykit” came with the car. I have yet to get off my lazy a$$ and repaint the '92 Front & Rear bumpers that I got from KKKSSS. That’s something I’m thinking of doing during the holidays while we are shut down.
Elvira was all riced up…and now she’s gonna look a lot more stock-looking…hopefully before the next Quebec meet.

Sorry about not getting back to you guys with info about this :loser: . I had planned to host this at my place, in the basement. Unfortunately, I hadn’t gotten off my lazy ass :roll: and cleared space for it (I play something like 40 hours a week of Counterstrike, on top of a full-time job 
). If some people offer to help organize (like getting tables) - I have 6 or 7 computer chairs, 1 desk for me, 1 table for at least 2 guys, 4 or 5 spare computers (older 333 to 500 MHz) and the networking setup for all of this. I’ve run Unreal Tournament on more than 1 computer at a time, and the older systems can handle it (but not UT2k3). Hit me up if you’re organized and have some spare time: emonk2001 at yahoo.ca (spam-safe version).

I’ll help only if people are willing enough to head to your place (which I think is the determining factor). I’ll see if my company has some spare tables that I can borrow. I can also help with other computer-related stuff such as making network cables (I hope we don’t use a 1000ft. though, because my company would not like that 
). And no, I don’t have any switches or hubs…sorry. I’ll contact you when I have word about the tables.
