Anyone got any pics of where all the bolts are to remove the dash for the gauge cluster? I cant seem to find where all the bolts are i gotta take out.
you wouldnt have to remove the dash to get to the cluster. just the bezel. but this is an easy job to do. Investing in a Haynes manual will give you pictures for various jobs.
ahh yea i dont got a manual, is there any place i can download one? or wheres the best place to buy one?
you mean… i “DON’T” have a manual
whats with the attitude shifter. But you can get a haynes manual at autozone for less than $20.
heres how to do it.

but in my opinion disconnect the speedometer cable from the Vehicle Speed Sensor first. THis will give you slack to pull the gauge cluster out and have enough room to fit your hand behind there and dissconnect the speedometer cable from the cluster. but dont pull to hard beacause you may pull the clip off the cable and you will have a whole other problem.
Also it would be a good time to lube up the cable at this time also, but its up to you.
to install the cable back in the VSS

the clip goes into a slit in the VSS, just feel for it. There should be a click when you pull the cable to see if it stays in.
alright cool, thanks Tegfan!
