Hi, i plan to swap a b18c in my teg and I bought the drag gen 3 turbo kit. I don’t have the intecooler yet but soon will I. Therefore I wan’t to boost it at approximately 8-9 psi.
My question is :
do I have to change the rods,pistons and bolt for the head or is is safe stock ( assuming that it’s a daily driven car )?
what type of FMIC would fit my teg ?

Dont boost more than 5 pis w/out an intercooler, the air will be just too hot.
THe b18c wasnt made for boost, so i would upgrade the rods and stuff if i was you. Def change the pistons, 10.2:1 is too high unless you have it tuned dead on.
Pretty much any fmic will fit your car.
