does anyone know what the code either 4 or 40 is on a 90 integra? its blinking 4 times i just cant tell if its the fast or slow blinks. i need to know because my car will not rev over 3200 rpm’s. it seems like the rev limiter is set to that cause it bounces.
4 is crank angle sensor , that would cause your problem. 40 is not a code! the sencor is in your distributor, If you need a new distributor get one off of autozone.com there the cheapest and they come with a new ignitor and coil and a life time warranty for 100.00 bucks you cant get a used one for that price!
