You said the comp was good but what is it? Stick the car on dyno see whats going on…how much timing are you running? whats your dizzy set at? check your cam timing you might be off a tooth…do a valve adjustment…theres so many different things it could be…start going down the list.
P/S what were the leak down test results? if u didnt get one…do it now
wow… 16’s with a built ls/vtec turbo? with a 2.7 60ft?
my vtec/ls turbo setup (stock ITR block w/ stock 92-93 ls internals head) had 2.2 60 ft’s and ran 14.6…
your wheels (17’s) definatly played a big roll in your higher 60ft’s, did you have any gauges to let you know how much boost your definatly running? or an air/fuel gauge to let you know roughtly if ur running rich or lean?

have u checked timing? tune up? spark/fuel… make sure everything is flowing correctly…
Ya I was running like .6 bar so not much boost,but iam no longer driveing it until I get the funds to put it on a dyno and see whats going on.$$ a lil tight so I got to hold off a while,I know the motors not a tooth off because Ive checked and had a shop take a look as well,the dizzys moved back 2 degrees form stock…thats about were it should be for the turbo right?Cap,rotor,wires,and plugs all new.

I blew some rings on my car about 6 months or so ago and only really post in Off Topic no a days. I sold everything I had on my car that had to do with turbo stuff for $1,000 (nearly a third what I paid for it all) and am trying to the rest of the car for $500. All it needs is a motor and an exhaust to run, no one seems interested. Oh well. Nice to see you around still though. :rockon:
