today i drive my car everything cool , till i turn it off , now when the car starts it makes a load swoshing noise (sounds like a pulley rubbing coming from the ac bracket but it wasnt ) the noise is pretty load but i check all the belts they seem fine , you think its a pulley?or water pump help
could it be your p/s or your alternator?
You can try taking your belts off then only your water pump and oil pumps would be pumping.
