well, the motor is finally in and it runs. one of my minor problems now is a scary sound coming from it. at first i thought it was just my heat shield rattling, but it keeps getting louder. it has a consistent pattern, so-to-speak, that sounds like its coming from the oil pan. what could this be?? spun bearing?? it sounds “tinney”, kinda like a heat shield rattling(like i said).
i have a few more smaller issues that i’m gonna try to work out myself. one thing at a time. PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK ON THE ROAD!!!
