my seatbelt light keeps blinking even when both belts are connected. and its beeping also . its not the regular beeping its a really fast beep and blink. I have 2 G2’s and the regular beep is slow( about once a second) this beep is very fast. and the light blinks very fast. when I disconnect either seat belt it does the regular slow beep for about two seconds then goes back to the fast beep. It keeps beeping and blinking while I’m driving it never stops.
Does anybody know what could it be? If not does anybody know where the damn speaker is for that beeping sound?
Hmm not sure if this is related but have you removed your seats lately? If so did you make sure to plug pressure switch for the seat? I left mine unhooked once before. and I think it did a fast beep like you are describing.
if you’re willing to deal with the dealer, then take it to acura. The have to fix all seatbelt problems free of charge.
oh, and i know how you can get to the source of the beeping, but to fix the problem you have to disconnect the system which then disables the whole system…which isn’t too safe.
