did you try checking the spark plugs? Mine were drentched in Oil when I had hesitation (replaced the spark plug gaskets). Did you check your Idle Air Control Valve (could be stuck and cause similar problems). Just stuff I’ve seen w/ the B16…might be wrong but good luck.
