ben–thanks for getting to the speed sensor issue before i could.
as for the mounts, mine are actually all billet/poly mounts. and if you’re that paranoid about the extra mount, you can always have the housing tapped.

I’d only be paranoid about having 3 (well, even 2) rubber mounts. my civic has only 3 mounts but they are poly and so its ok.
Ben
this is so true …i have a ACT heavy duty PP with the street disce and my pedal is stiffer than my friends ITR with the same ACT clutch kit and its also stiffer than my other friends ITR with the xtreme PP and street disc …but i love the sitff feel though i couldnt go softer becuase im just so used to it …im upgrading soon too …to the xtreme once im done with my build …
exactly…while it’s not required, i would highly recommend upgrading to the full mount set, or at least using window weld in the other rubber mount.
what did this cost u?can u put price of each part?thank you…
Spelling and grammar. Learn these first. I have zero respect and zero tolerance for someone so lazy as to not type out the correct spelling for words such as “you”. Biggest pet peeve ever, and if you want my help, stop being so damn lazy.
Prices vary, because if you had even read HALF my thread you’d know that a majority of parts were sourced from a boneyard and donor cars. If you can find a you-pull-it I’m sure the parts will be a great deal less expensive than from a boneyard that pulls them for you (labor is usually added in on top of the part; I’ve seen as much as 20-25 dollar markups on small items). I know that a remanufactured master cylinder assembly usually runs about $25-$35 at most parts stores. The lines you’ll have to source yourself. The parts are listed. Get off your lazy ass and call some boneyards and/or parts stores. The mount is available from Place Racing.
wow thank’s ill i wanted to know was how much u ended up paying for ur stuff…so i can debate if i want a kit or do what u did but nevermind MR army man with a stick up ur ass…
hahahahaha army that’s a good one mr i’m whacking off to kiddy porn so i’m too lazy to read.
what “kit” were you planning on getting? there isn’t one. it doesn’t exist. if you get one of the adapters that retains your stock cable, obviously you don’t have a hydraulic clutch setup now do you? there’s only one way to get it…install all the hydro components. www.car-part.com is a boneyard search engine; if nothing else it’ll give you a list of boneyards in your area with their phone numbers and you can go from there.
now get the fuck out of my thread and stop polluting this site with your laziness and general murkkan behavior. worthless pieces of riceboy shit like you belong on clubsi, not my beloved g2ic. go back to looking for blingin altezzas y0.
mmmm…altezzas…
does AFB in “offutt AFB, NE” stand for Army FUCKING Base??? i think so
It stands for Air Force Base (Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana). Hey zoom do you have any pictures of the Master Cylinder location?
cdm, yeah, i know. i was just making a joke on that duschebag’s comment
Wow, finally hydro tranny kit for DA. NIce job man.
I just wanted to know which rear mount bracket did you use
for the tranny? DA or DC rear mount bracket?
DA rear bracket but you have to bore out the non threaded holes to 9/16"+.
Ben
thanks for the info, i wasen’t aware palce racing made a mount kit for a hydraullic tranny. I guess a DA is in my future…
I was wondering if you have been able to get around to some pictures yet, also did you use the hole in the firewall that the cable came through or did you have to drill a new hole for the MC?
wow, i just gotta say thanks for that www.car-part.com link, it even lets you search canada which is like the answer to my prayers.
