Ok, well I cant wait to put on my new 17’s!!! I know I have to fix my camber first and I have a few questions:
Well ive searched the board concerning the rear washer trick and I think this is what im going to do. I have a 1.8" neuspeed drop and im pretty sure 3 -1/16 washers will do the trick on each bolt…is this right???
2.Do I need an alignment after I just do the rear or can it wait for two weeks???
3.im waiting for my front kit to get hear so will it be OK to drive on the fronts with no kit for a couple of weeks…without tearing up my parada’s…or should I just wait for the kit:( ???
you should be fine for 2 weeks. As long as they aren’t super soft tires, you’re not doing a lot of driving, and your camber isn’t severe (which it shouldn’t be with your drop).
spend the 2 weeks dialing in the camber to make sure you’ve got the correction you want (may take a few adjustments), then take it in to get aligned.
2 weeks, even 2 months, with a 1.8" drop will prolly need some camber correction, but not as much as, lets say, a 2.5" drop…obviously;) you will be fine for some time, i’d say put 2 1/16 washers in each bolt for the rear camber correction…so a total of 8 washers are needed, for your drop anyways…
as far as alignment, no huge deal, again ur not dropped alot so do the rear correction, then get the front kit and install that, THEN go for your alignment

So how does one go about droping the back anyway? The guy who had the car before me dropped it a half and inch he said and i want the car to be level…Can i do this myself without haveing to buy anything/much?
