yeah that JDP lip on the 90-91 is made specifically for 90-91
JDP has a carbon fiber lip for 92-93 as well:
looks a little bit different, itās vented unlike the 90-91 JDP which is solid and looks like OEM

yeah iād love the JDP one too but my carās too low and austin streets are unforgiving, wouldnāt want to spend that much on a carbon fiber lip only to break it on a six inch deep pothole
iāll be fine with my faux type r lip, if my new one ever comes in

Iām a member of a number of forums, only two Honda/Acura related, the others are Zcar forums and Boating forums. The Zcar (hybridz.org) forum is the best moderated car forum on the internet hands down. Very few threads end like many of these do. If someone asks a stupid question (contrary to what your mother taught you, there ARE stupid questions), we simply donāt respond to it. They get the hint and search better.
I can hit on 2-3 topics on the first page of the suspension forum on G2IC that relate to "What suspension is best? or What is the best āDrop?ā Thatās on the FIRST page alone. The mods should kill those threads.
I still think superchiās post should be stickied or put in the tegtips thingā¦ Then when someone asks about which lip is the ātightestā, we can simply sayā¦ See the Teg Tip and decide for yourself.
yeah, this thread would sit better in a different forum like Product Review or maybe the Archives, but then again like i said in my earlier posts, i found all the information about this stuff from this site.
iām all for the rules here, the whole ādonāt answer a question thatās been repeatedly asked, just post the link to the information thatās already hereā, but i know how it feels to be clueless about random stuff (i still am about some things). in the end all that matters is that people find the information they need
