Idle fluctuates and is low when lights are on and/or I hit the brakes??

While I believe you, LODOSS, I have a hard time thinking that the idle adjustment will have anything to do with what happens to your car at WOT. The idle adjust just let’s more air in when the throttle is in the closed position. When you are at wot, the air is going to come right through the butterfly valve. The idle system is the “path of most resistance” You might get some airflow in there with the throttle open, but I don’t think it’s going to be much.

But hey, if the butt dyno works, power to you.

I’m also not sure where n17 has the idea that Leo’s idle is fluctuating. It is dropping and staying there, not bouncing. (if I’m reading him correctly) Leo feel to correct me. (sorry I keep calling you Leo, I know I don’t know you, it just sounds better than “this guy”) The bouncing idle is a different (and often discussed) problem.

nah i’m not saying it actaully makes power… it’s just loud not sure exactly why. but it just does it.
