i have a 93 gsr everythings been great till today… went for a spin and at the lights my idle was bouncing from 750 rpm to 250… went home and check to make sure the plugs and wires were alright and that checked out… what could cause the idle problem?? 1 coolant level…2 IACV,TPS,FIV …
its too late right now but i’ll try and reset the ecu to see if it solves the problem
ps… there are no cel lights being thrown hth
i have the same problem, i hipe someone out there can help, ive checked other threads and have changed o2 sensor and everything else other threads have suggested but still have the problem. help, anyone, anyone.
i am having the same problem. i changed my o2 sensor but that didnt help much. now i just turn my air trim screw until it runs right. lilREDmachine where in ct are you from?

i have the same ilding problem, it bounces between 750-200. i just replaced the o2, good wires, plugs, coolant level. i’m thinkin it might be the idle air control valve. im ruling out the adjustment screw theroy that everybody says because if that was the problem it would do it all the time. my idle problem only happens sometimes:rant:
i have that problem too…happens sometimes…well i gues its just the car itself…g2’s are old so its not big of a deal…
It could be a problem with the bearings in the distributor, I had the same problem, bought a rebuild kit from the dealer and the idle smoothed out no more problems.
