update: I sold this bar a month ago to a freind of mine because I’m getting the Z10, that bar scraped so much shit it wasn’t even funny. it hung lower than the placeracing one that I have. I didn’t like that it hung so low, and didn’t really make a difference as far as traction. this is still in development and not near finished, but I’m not going to sit around like a guinee pig all year long waiting on all the parts to become available for this bar, in a year it might be something but I doubt it. I sold it and put back on my placeracing one for the time being until I recieve my Z10 one.

You must of been really low. I didnt really scrape anywhere and its not as low as you make it out to be. I do agree that there wasnt much of a difference for traction imo.
im really not that low. I have omni full coilovers so my car doesnt dip anywhere. the suspension is stiff, I just noticed that places I would not scrape with the placeracing I would scrape terribly with the innovative one. it just sets too low. I thought the placeracing one was low. this one is lower.
I need a functional traction bar and that’s what I was looking for and I was wrong for getting this bar for that. this bar is for clearance for a bigger header or to run a bigger turbo, nothing more at the moment, maybe more later
same noise
I have the same metal noise out the front, the only wierd thing is it goes and comes, depends on how long i drive, only emits when i turn the wheel, I have a 93 LS w/ 17" Konigs but the only recent thing i think could be the problem was I cracked the lower control arm after I hit a pothole due to the fact i bought the car from an accident, I have a friend weld it for me, I went to his shop that specializes in alterations/customizations and he said the only thing could be the bushings, I do have a messed up motor mount, any clue which would be more “safe” to change 1st, I am on a tight budget, he said dont worry that the bushing will only make noise , he said the motor mount is more important due to the fact I would pull the motor mount out or break the headers., thankx:uhoh:

front crossmember noise
o, I have a problem w/ my front right side, i changed the bushing,wheel bearing,right caliper and pads, but I hear a slight grinding noise when ever I turn the wheel like when changing lanes, sounds like metal rubbing, I have 17" konigs and stock suspension but w/ springs cut, do you have any other idea , I’m about to get a grease gun and grease all around the joints and try changing the front suspension
what happen before that noise started? did you hit a curb or something? I’m clueless as to what your problem is since those parts were changed already other than maybe your axle popping out or something wasnt installed properly??
