i just bought some gauges that have oil pressure, water temp, and battery volts. well i was wondering how do i install the water temp and oil pressure gauge on our tegs? do i have to drill into the block?
thanks
there is a hole in the block for the oil pressure, you just need a t fitting because there is already a stock sender unit in there
where is the hole located?
The hole is the hole that has the Stock Oil Pressure sensor in it. In order to see it, get under your car and look at your oil filter. Look to the left of the filter (towards the drivers side) and you’ll see two plugs going into the block. On has a plastic plug on it and has a couple of wires comming from it. The other one is your Oil Pressure Sensor and it has one wire comming off of it. You’ll need to unscrew this and put some kind of “T” fitting in that hole to plug your Stock Pressure sender and the Aftermarket one in there together.
You don’t have to use the stock sender, but your oil light won’t come on anymore.

my oil pressure gauge is not computerized does that make a difference? so i stick in the tub in the block?
You should have a fitting that goes into the block and then the plastic tube should go into the fitting. From there the tube should go up to your gauge.
If you don’t have that fitting, you’ll need to get one. 1/8" BSTP is the size.
thanks alot man im going to give her a shot. i let u now if i need anymore help.
