The ip address is a good idea, and the range…but you gotta think realistically. There are countless programs out there, which change your ip address every 3 or so seconds…hacker tools. Very accessible, easy to download.
If he trys to ban his IP. Like I stated before. He can go onto a diffrent computer and still get on. But sir or mam or w/e you are. You are correct about the hacker tools.
