Just because he did it more than once doesn’t mean he’s not skilled. We don’t know that doing it more than once was because he messed up the other times. The video is dubbed a “practice”. It’s a freshly prepped car and he’s testing it out and getting used to it. I don’t think they did all these stunts purely to make a video (yes, some of the clips, but not the whole premise of going out and thrashing the car).

Ken Block is a professional race car driver. A professional rally car driver at that! True he hasn’t been racing his whole life and basically got into it because he’s rich and found a new hobby he loves… But just being rich doesn’t get you onto the Subaru USA Rally team.

I was not saying that he is not skilled but im saying that with practice and the money that he has i think a lot of people could do that. I did not know that he was an actual rally driver. Props for that. Since i have been living in Sweden i have seen some skilled drivers that meet or exceed the skills of him though. I really do like the video of him on the mountain with the snowboarders.
That video is awsome! When I first met him I did not know his skill were to that level I thought he only did rally racing.
As far as I know, he does only do rally racing. And IMO rally takes an immense amount of talent, I would put it right up there with the hardest forms of racing. You do rally isn’t all on dirt, correct? I think the video is a practice in the form of gymkhana, not for gymkhana, but I could be wrong.
I don’t care what it was for, it takes some immense talent to do some of that stuff. That was way cool! AWD drift…so cool!
lol i hafta admit he is a dawm skilled drive but to be honest anyone can look like a sick driver in an over 600hp sti 
but props to ken block by the way look up his video’s on dc mountain and his record jump there both pretty good vids too
Are you serious!? Any decent driver could look OK if driving a stock STI, but you’re going to need talent to handle that much power. The average person is going to be all over the place, very minimal control unless you know what you’re doing.
Not to mention, he is one of the top rally drivers in N.A. He got beat at the X Games by Pastrana, but it was minimal. And I agree, Rally has to be one of the most skill-challenging forms of driving. Anyone that can bang an AWD drift that fast, that effortless and that controlled has some skill to compliment the balls.
I laughed at the very first…anyone else notice that he has the key fob still on his keyring? If I’m not wrong, alot of his rally cars are street legal…not only that, he drives them all the time! THATS hardcore, haha
