To make this short I saw Kincaid had a for sale thread parting out his integra. He had listed a set of tokico illuminas for sale for $50 plus shipping. I called him up on July 30th and discussed payment and shipping. I sent him $80 total on that day. Finally on wednesday I go back to his thread and it said car has been sold. wtf? I call him up immediately and ask him what the deal is. He said he has been trying to contact me to let me know what had happened. Something along the lines of someone was going to buy his car and towed it away without paying for it. Ok…so we discuss it for a few and he agrees to give me a refund of $80.00. Nothing. I email him yesterday reminding him about the refund. Nothing. I thought I would post this here to get his attention. His phone number is 256-820-0215, and his name is Kevin Kincaid. I really don’t wanna get paypal involved but I will because I just got screwed on ebay for the same kinda shit. If anyone can help me that would be great. ---

Paypal dispute filed. It’s much easier to do the right thing and either send us our items or give us a refund. ---

I actually talked to this guy a few minutes ago at the number above. He said it’s just a delay in shipping for my tie bar. I going to cut him some slack and see what happens. ---

Paypal dispute escalated to a formal claim. This guy is ridiculous. Won’t return calls, emails, or messages posted on paypal. ---

Sorry to hear you are still having problems. I did finally get my strut tower bar. It did take 26 days but atleast I got it. :shrug: Hope everything works out for you. ---

Not suprising, had issues with him also quite a while ago though, bought a tranny he never shipped… No communication from him, had to get paypal involved. Complaint Kevin Kincaid 71V03182DX149343Y Aug. 12, 2002 I got the dough back though ---

This guy is a real fuck. Paypal is involved and there sending his pathetic ass to collections if he won’t pay. His paypal is negative money now. They attempted a refund from what he had and it was only like $2.75. I spoke to a representative of paypal and he assured me he has a limited amount of time to pay the rest before he gets sent to collections. In the mean time he can’t send money, buy anything through paypal, and if he receives money for anything it automatically gets taken out for me. FUCK YOU KEVIN!!! :nana: ---
